The North Dallas Medical Center is a 15,500-square-foot, multi-tenant facility developed by Samples Properties and Meridian Surgical Partners and located in North Dallas, just east of the Dallas North Tollway and Frankford Road. This ambulatory surgery center includes an imaging department and physician offices. Curtis Group Architects provided architecture and interior design services for the building’s core and shell, as well as the multiple tenant finish-outs, which include the Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery, Center for Spine Care, and Radiology Associates’ Prestonwood Imaging Center.
