Parks Legado Town Center was conceived as a “Gathering Place” for the community to serve the needs of West Texas citizens. The Town Center is the area’s only development that encompasses the full spectrum of shopping, dining, work places and entertainment unique to West Texas.
Tree-lined sidewalks and Mediterranean architecture attract shoppers and diners. On-street parking, brick pavers, and tasteful signage provide an upscale development with a hometown feel. Micro-parks featuring fountains, pavilions, and children’s play area serve as prime gathering spaces for entertainment and community events. A winding jogging path and quality landscaping compliment easy access and ample parking.
CGA provided masterplanning and design services for the Parks Legado Town Center, located near Odessa’s affluent residential neighborhoods, Odessa Country Club, the new Medical Center Hospital, and The University of Texas Permian Basin.
Phase One, also known as The Shops at Parks Legado includes Buildings One (20,300 SF), Two (6,650 SF), Three (11,700 SF), and Four (13,510 SF), which are all restaurant, office, and retail space (totaling 52,160 SF). In addition, Phase One includes more than 1,100 parking spaces, landscaping, the Plaza Park, and Main Street Circle, which features a monument fountain.
Phase Two includes a grocery store, retail, hotel, and pharmacy. Future phases include office space in Buildings Five and Six (37,000 SF each), additional retail, a fitness center, quick-serve and traditional restaurants, and two additional hotels.
